Really wanted to like it, but the craftsmanship just wasn’t quite there for the price. Noticed a few rough edges, and one piece didn’t line up right during assembly. Works okay overall, just doesn’t feel as sturdy or carefully made as I expected. Shipping was fine, but left underwhelmed by the quality.

I feel kind of embarrassed admitting this, but I really thought the color was going to look exactly like the picture. When it arrived, it was a bit different in person. It’s still useful and mostly as shown, so I’m keeping it, but it wasn’t totally what I expected.

My order showed up late, which was annoying, but the item itself was okay once it finally arrived. What really bugged me were all the aggressive reminders and notifications, like they kept pushing me to take action even though the delivery was already delayed. Overall, not the worst experience, but definitely not great either.

I ordered a kids table from Piccalio i was kind of surprised by how fast it shipped. I kept checking the tracking like I was way too invested, and it updated smoothly the whole time. It arrived in about a week, maybe even a little less, which was great. I did have a tiny moment of panic when I saw the box had a dent, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. My only complaint is that the delivery window was broad, so I wasn’t really sure which day I needed to be around. That was a little annoying, but overall I’m still really happy with it. I’d give it 4 stars.

I actually found a few products I really liked, which made me excited at first. But the website kind of tested my patience. It was slow, and the filters didn’t work as well as I expected, so I ended up clicking around way more than I wanted just to find basic details. Checkout wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t feel super smooth either. I’d probably shop again if they fix the site experience, because the products themselves were nice.

I bought this from piccalio because it looked really nice and the wording made it sound like it would be sturdy and secure, but that hasn’t been my experience. It wobbles way more than I expected, and I don’t feel comfortable letting my kid use it unless I’m standing right there.
For the price, I thought it would feel a lot more solid. I’m disappointed, especially because the description gave me the impression it would be more stable than it actually is.

My order showed up in good shape and the item does look nice, so I’ll give it that. But for me, the shipping felt slow, and the price seemed a little high for what I got. It’s okay overall, but I can’t say I’m super impressed or that I’d rush to buy it again.

Support took way too long to get back to me, my issue never really got fixed. I kept getting vague responses that didn’t help much, and I had to keep following up just to get anywhere. Annoying overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I reached out for help twice thinking I’d get at least some kind of useful response, but I never really heard anything back. I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, just basic support, so it was disappointing.

I usually judge kids’ stuff by two quick things: was it a pain to put together, and did my kid actually care about it after 5 minutes? This one passed both. It was easy to build, didn’t take much thinking, and my kid has been loving it ever since.

I really like the simple design, and it looks so cute in our home. What more could you ask for, right?

I was in a good mood when my piccalio order showed up, and thankfully the packaging didn’t ruin that. The box was sturdy and everything inside had plenty of padding, so the item itself was completely fine. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the outside of the box had a small dent on one corner, probably from shipping. It didn’t really affect anything, but I did notice it. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived...

My son actually plays with this for a good while without getting bored, which is a win in my book. It’s been nice having something that keeps him busy on his own. That said, it’s not the most exciting toy ever and I’m not sure how long the interest will last, but for now it’s doing the job

I thought assembly was going to be a whole project, but it was way easier than I expected. Everything was packed neatly, like the screws were easy to find, the pieces weren’t all scratched up, and nothing was just randomly floating around in the box. The instructions were clear enough too, even for someone like me who usually stares at diagrams way too long, flips pieces the wrong way, or ends up wondering where one random washer came from lol. I got it set up quickly without needing extra tools, a second person, or one of those “let me look this up on YouTube” moments. Really happy with how simple and painless it was.

My order turned out okay in the end , but the tracking updates were slow and kind of confusing . I checked a few times and still wasn’t really sure where my package was for a while . It did show up , so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience , I just wish the tracking had been more accurate

I was disappointed with the quality, especially for what I paid. It kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving — I expected something decent for the price, but what I got just didn’t really match up

My kid tried using it a few times, and this is where it got annoying, after just a few minutes, they kept wanting to get off because it felt awkward and uncomfortable. I bought a playroom item from Piccalio and overall I’m really happy with it. It definitely isn’t the cheapest option out there, but the quality feels solid and it looks really nice in our home. Shipping was smooth too, no complaints there. I’m taking off one star just because the price still feels a bit high for what it is, if that makes sense.

I’ll admit, it looks really cute and that’s kind of what sold me on it, but once I actually started using it, I realized it’s not as versatile as I thought it would be. I kept expecting it to adjust more or work in a few different ways, and it just… doesn’t really. It’s fine for a couple of specific uses, I guess, but not much beyond that. i kind of wish I’d skipped it

It wipes down easily overall, which I really appreciate. The only annoying part is that crumbs still get stuck in the corners, and it’s kind of ridiculous how hard they are to get out sometimes.
